The Saints placed veteran Aaron Stecker on injured reserve due to his lingering hamstring injury.
With Reggie Bush still recovering from knee surgery and Deuce McAllister facing a possible 4 game suspension the team reportedly signed two running backs.
The Saints also reportedly signed a full back because Mike Karney is banged up.
