Another 4 Team Blockbuster Trade!!!

Okay…The ESPN trade machine is officially my new addiction!

Below the blockbuster deal you’re reading about you’ll find two more four team trades which I really like.

But after getting beat up by Hornets fans for suggesting the two deals below this one…I have come up with a true blockbuster deal that would make four teams happy!

Why the deal works:

HORNETS:  They get the scoring two guard they desperately need.  They also pick up a center in the same mold as Tyson Chandler and a solid veteran wing player in Grant.  The Hornets also get over 8 million dollars in cap relief this summer because Gordon and Grant are free agents.

MAVERICKS: Getting Shaq gives them a superstar big man playing at an all star level who could perhaps push them deeper into the post season.  The Mavs also pick-up Larry Hughes who would relish a chance to actually get off the inactive list and play for a contender.

BULLS: Chicago gets the superstar front court player they’ve longed for in Stoudemire without giving up Rose, Hinrich or Deng.  The Bulls also pick up a former Lottery pick from Chicago in Wright.  Chicago also parts with Larry Hughes and gets a veteran wing in Jerry Stackhouse.

SUNS:  Jason Kidd and Drew Gooden would probably be bought-out of their expiring contracts before they arrived in Phoenix.  The Suns would chop close to 30 million off their cap starting this summer and pick up two frontcourt players in Chandler and Thomas who would seem to fit better with Steve Nash.
